Lander Photos prints are made to order by Micheal Lander in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Each print ships, or is ready for pickup, within 3 business days of your order. Questions about an order? mlander@s12.ca.
Shipping
Where we ship: within Canada only, by Canada Post. We do not ship outside Canada at this time.
Handling time: your print is made after you order it and ships within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays).
Delivery time: once it ships, Canada Post usually delivers in 2 to 9 business days, depending on where it is going. Parcels have a tracking number, which is emailed to you when your order ships. Small prints (5 x 7 and 8 x 10) travel in a flat envelope by Lettermail, which has no tracking.
Shipping cost: charged by print size and where it is going, and shown at checkout before you pay. Smaller prints travel in a flat envelope, larger ones in a rigid mailer or tube, and framed pieces in a padded box.

Local pickup: free. Once your print is ready we will email you to arrange a pickup time.
Large framed pieces: framed 18×24 and 24×36 pieces, and the Signature frame in 12×18 with a separate mat and in 16×20 with a built-in mat, aren't available to ship at the moment. They are local pickup, or local delivery by arrangement.
Returns
Unframed prints: you can return an undamaged, unframed print within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the print price. Email mlander@s12.ca with your order number to start a return, and we will reply with how to send it back. You pay the return shipping, so please pack the print flat and protected. It must come back in the condition you received it: unmarked and uncreased.
Refunds: we refund the print price to your original payment method through Square within 5 business days of receiving the print back. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. The shipping you paid on the original order is not refunded for a return, unless the print was damaged or not what you ordered (see below).
Framed pieces: framed pieces are matted and framed by hand for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are not what you ordered (see below).
Damaged or wrong prints
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email mlander@s12.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the problem. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. Please keep the packaging until we have replied.
Payment and tax
Checkout is handled securely by Square. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Saskatchewan PST (6%) is added at checkout on pickup orders and orders delivered in Saskatchewan.
